Bérénice was appointed as a notary in 2021 and joined Screeb in 2023, bringing with her substantial experience in institutional real estate.
She advises a broad range of clients, including institutions, investors, developers, and corporate occupiers, on all aspects of complex real estate law, handling both single-asset transactions and portfolio deals.
Her practice covers all asset classes, including office, industrial, and retail properties, with particular expertise in large-scale retail asset portfolios.
Bérénice holds a degree from Paris Nanterre University.
